Background of the Company
New Rainbow Africa Limited is a firm incorporated in Tanzania under Companies Act, 2002 and its certificate of incorporation is No. 115042 issued on 9th February 2015. The company is registered with the Tanzania Revenue Authority as a tax payer with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 126-457-898 and Value Added Tax (VAT) Number 40-021493-H.
Our future plan is "To introduce additional specialized items to its basket with exclusive distribution of particular products that add value to the company's income.”

New Rainbow Africa Limited deals with stock and sales of Industrial Chemicals, Float Glass, being imported from India, China, Gulf, Europe, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Egypt and South Africa. Our Key suppliers from India are Palvi Power Tech, Industrial Solvents & Chemicals Ltd., Siddharth Chlorochem Ltd., Pon Pure Chemicals India Ltd., Tricon dry chemicals, Indofil Industries Ltd., Gandhar Oil Refinery, Cytech Coating Ink, GNFC Ltd., Laxmi Agro Industrial Consultants & Exporter Ltd., Dodhia Chem-Text Pvt Ltd.
Institutional Customers
Company is catering institutional customers like Lodhia Plastic, Chemi Cotex, Cello Industry, Bakhresa Group, Motisun Group, Azania Polybag, Berger Paints, SBC Tanzania (Pepsi), Coca Cola Kwanza.
Non Institutional Customers
The company has a list of more than 300 customer who deal with glass, chemicals on regular basis and back to back supply basis.
WHAT WE DO
Operations in Tanzania
New Rainbow Africa Ltd. supplies Industrial Chemicals to a variety of industrial industries, including Textile, Soap & Detergent, Food & Beverage, Cosmetic Industry, Paints Industry, Tannery, Plastic & Printing Industry, Water Treatment and Gold Mining. We provide Float Glass, Clear, Tinted, Coloured, Reflective, Laminated Glass with Aluminium profile and Accessories to all major building industries and contractors through our Glass business. In addition to local distribution, we sell to neighbouring nations such as Zambia, Malawi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Operations in Uganda
We have our operations in Uganda in name of African Rainbow Enterprise Ltd. which deals in Industrial Chemical to cater Uganda & Rwanda business.
